Special Readers for "Read Across America"

Coach Dan Patton brought baseball players from East Davidson High School to Pilot today to help celebrate Dr. Seuss' birthday and 'Read Across America Day". The players read Dr. Seuss books to our students in Pre-Kindergarten through fifth grades. The players did an excellent job reading to the students, as well as answering questions. Pilot students and staff members were curious about their positions on the team, as well as their plans for the future after high school. Special thanks to Coach Patton for organizing this special event, all of the players for their willingness to participate, and to everyone who helped to make this event possible for our Pilot students! Happy Birthday Dr. Seuss!
