I'm excited to be back at Pilot Elementary for my 4th year as an assistant principal. I began my educational career as a classroom teacher for four years in 1st and 2nd grades. Immediately following my classroom experience, I served K-5 students as an Exceptional Children's resource teacher for six years. I have also worked as a school-based lead teacher in Davidson County for two years. My bachelor's degree is in Elementary and Special Education is from Le Moyne College in Syracuse, New York. I also hold a master's degree in Curriculum and Instruction from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro and a doctoral degree in Educational Leadership from High Point University.
