Grade levels lined the halls as second graders paraded through, just as if they were in the "Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade". They planned their parade after reading the story "Balloons Over Broadway" by Melissa Sweet. It is the true story of a puppeteer of the Macy's parade. Students decorated a balloon to display during the parade. Great job, second graders!
