Emily Hench

Hello! My name is Emily Hench, and I am the Media Coordinator at Pilot Elementary School. This is my fourth year here at Pilot, in which I previously served as the school's ETMS. I  began working as the media coordinator in January 2025.

 

I am a lifelong resident of Davidson County, and attended schools in the district from Kindergarten to 10th grade. I obtained my high school diploma at the North Carolina School of Science and Mathematics in 2017.

 

I graduated from NC State in 2021 with a Bachelor's degree in English. I am currently enrolled at the University of North Carolina at Greensboro to earn a Master's degree in Library and Information Science, and am set to complete the program in the spring of 2025.
